The ability to have both the k-cup and regular coffee pot. Fairly quicker than a few others. K-cup is a bit slower.

For a Refurbished pot it works Great

Nice for families that have heavy coffee drinkers and others who would also like single serve hot beverages. this unit does both. I can make a 12 cup drip craft of coffee and then someone else can still make their single cup hot Coco, hot Cider, tea, or other flavor coffee. Separate reservoirs for craft and single serve sides. Fill gages are easy to see. Unit is just a little wider than the traditional drip coffee unit and about the same height.This model must requires the reservoir be filled before each use for single serve use. There is a later model that has a larger reservoir for multiple single servings.Our family is very pleased with this purchase and will be desiring a similar type when replacement is needed.

Really like the Dual coffee machine. Single or full pot. Best of both worlds.

Easy to clean and comes with self server reusable kcup. And works with different hights of cups. And needs to be said agian easy to clean!

I’ve had many coffee makers, but none like this one so far. It makes perfect coffee every time whether you use one cup or 12 cups. I am definitely pleased with this coffee maker!!
