PROS - Its a good quality product, good electroplating and adhesive. Will give 5 stars.CONS - It is highly priced but mainly is the design:-- The tray has too much gap in the front and back sides of the frame, where the soap starts slipping as it's size reduces after use.- On hanging the tray; it tilts towards the front and the soap slips out.- Picking the soap every time adds the risk of the person slipping while bending down to the floor.- HOME REMEDY : * Add and stick a piece of rubber/plastic on the adhesive strip to keep the tray perfectly horizontal * The thickness of the rubber piece could be around 6mmHope the company can redesign the product and test before sending out to the market.

Purchased this item. Felt a bit costly but due to its looks it appealed. Is a good item but few shortcoming noticed-Gaps among the strips is bit more. More often soap slipped out of it especially when used and become thin.Secondly, holder of case teared down after 6 months and after that it has become useless.One believe that product should be used for an year or so in such a price.
