Electrolyte powder.
I have tried this Electrolytes powder now for over 15 daysand have liked it. While the flavor is very nice, the product also gives me noticeable energy. I am on a low carb diet these days and this supplement has supplied me the necessary electrolytes. It has thus prevented any side effects which could happen when one is on a restricted diet. A very good product for replenishing all the important electrolytes needed by the body.

Won't recommend
10 minutes with an electric blender and it still won't dissolve in water. Taste isn't great, but that's what you get with sugar-free!

Smell and taste
When smell I thought it is sugary but when I drink it omg it has orange flavour but no sugar at all I just love taste of this and love the product and this is the only keto friendly product in the market in India so really good work from the company.

WASTE OF MONEY/DAMAGING ENVIRONMENT
If this brand wants to put less than half of the powder in a box that size the least they could’ve done is used is a smaller box and hence less plastic. Look at the box just opened. Look at the quantity of powder in it. It is literally less than half. Disgusting.

Works well
Used this through a recent cycling race over a distance of 1950km and it kept me feeling comfortable, no cramps. Tastes good, dissolves easily

Electrolytes for Muscle Cramps
The media could not be loaded. I am using this product for almost 20 days.. I used to suffer from muscle cramps a lot, but now it's reduced may be because of this product or because of my water intake. I am no expert to comment on whether it's working or not. It has no added sugar, no carb but 9 Kcal per serving. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as given above in the picture. So you can decide. I am giving a 4 star hoping it will help.
