Swanson Copper Mineral Supplement - 2 mg (Copper Chelate) - Antioxidant, Immune System, and Cell Support - 300 Tablets

The item is good but I was unaware that copper interferes with selenium absorption. I developed aches and pain through most of my body similar to when my thyroid hormone was abnormal. My symptoms quickly resolved after discontinuing copper and increasing selenium.

I chose this because it is a low dosage and I am taking these with my multivitamin which has some copper in it. I like this because of the brand and I trust the supplements are clean. Brand has been around a long time. These are small and easy to swallow. I think i am starting to see a difference in dark hair root growth rather than gray hair and feel a difference. in my hair and my alertness. I need to give it some more time to see if it will help grow back some hair, besides less gray hair. So far so good and with 300 tablets these will last me for awhile. Very good value for the money here.

A purchase of product for my mom, who showed up as having low copper levels and it was recommended by her doctor that she get a copper supplement. These have worked great. And they are also affordable.
