Great company with great customer service
I got the correct product first time and installed it. The product worked immediately and the actual installation was very easy. disassembling the oven to get to the installation point was rough, but the actual product slipped in place perfectly and had all the proper connectors and plenty of extra cable length to fit easily.Something happened and the product suddenly stopped working and the company honored their warranty. Typically there is a long back and forth with a machine using a script before a warranty is honored, but they actually read my message with my trouble shooting steps and quickly addressed my concerns without asking me to redo steps. I might not be the most handy of people, but I know my way around a screwdriver and google. My previous igniter slowly failed but this one clearly broke immediately. Knowing that this company is willing to work with customers is a huge plus for me and I will be using them in the future for any parts they stock.

Worked like a charm
Oven stopped turning on and wasn’t sure what it was. Saw online it could have been the igniter. I purchased this one and it fixed my oven. Super easy to replace. Product itself looks identical to the factory one.

Worked perfect, easy to install, and took care of my burner ignition and oven heating time issues
I've got a relatively "value oriented" Kenmore stainless and black gas range which is only about 6 years old. Over the last number of months, I've noticed that it was either not heating up or taking a very long time to do it. While I'd consider myself reasonably handy, I'm not overly anxious to jump into appliance repair projects. I did a little research and found that the likely cause of what was happening was either the igniter or the gas valve. Fortunately, it was the igniter, as the gas valve would have been a bigger pain to deal with. I removed the bottom cover inside the oven, and the burner was easily accessible. From there it was a pretty simple process to disconnect and remove the old igniter and install the new one. One key that it was the igniter was the fact that, while it would glow hot, it was an orange and not bright hotter, whitish glow. This implied the current was too low to trigger the gas valve to turn on, and consequently it would never ignite. Time will tell how durable it is, but they are simple devices and I would imagine there isn't too much of a different between this and the official Kenmore part.

Update: still going strong after 6 months
Update : May 2024 another one diedUpdate January 2024: it’s dead. Buying another as it’s cheap and it will get me working until I can replace this piece of junk oven.Update November 2023: I thought the igniter burned out in August and purchased a different brand as I was troubleshooting, but it turns out it was the control board. I kept this one as a backup, and the other one I bought failed after 4 months, reinstalled this one and it fired right up. Hopefully it keeps working, but I’m glad I was wrong and it performs as advertised.I bought this to replace the original igniter for a Frigidaire fgf348kcn. It was taking longer and longer to preheat and then would glow but not kick on at all. Perfect replacement with the plastic clip and two spade connectors to the safety valve enclosure. Took less than 30 minutes to install and I took my time. I will update if it doesn’t last. The original lasted 8 years, probably should have been replaced at 7 years as we were limping it along

First one lasted 9 months
I think my problem was when I ran the oven at 500F. It worked through one cycle then after cooldown I tried to start it again and it failed. Thankfully I had bought 2 last time. Will see if it lasts longer not running that hot.

Works excellent after install. Time will tell on longevity.
Install was very easy. Took maybe 15 minutes. Oven fired on very quickly and preheats soo much faster now. I did not know how bad the old igniter had gotten until I installed this new one. This was the cheapest igniter available but I believe the other oem igniters are the same exact part with sellers simply charging different amounts. This igniter came well packaged and looked exactly like the photo. Part manufacturer has a 1 year warranty on the part which is nice. Time will ultimately judge the longevity and therefore value of this product but so far so good.

Exact match, way cheaper
This was an exact match for the oven igniter in my Frigidare gas range, but 1/3 of the cost of the official replacement part.
