This backpack is fantastic!! It’s roomy, comfortable, lightweight, and sturdy. My cat loves riding inside it, on top of it, and napping in it at home. The sturdy frame also makes it a great perch so she can look out the window of the tent when we’re camping. It’s got tons of pockets and I love that it also has a pouch for the hydration pack. The chest strap is well designed. I’ve got a decent sized pair o’ boobs and doesn’t feel bothersome at all. Everything about the pack is well designed, really. I give it all the stars!!

Love the versatile style compared to the hard plastic crates that pop open randomly. The buckles for the zippers give me extra reassurance that the kids won’t jump out. Perfect for walks or laying it flat in the car so they can be comfortable. Pockets are a good size for essentials!

I bought this for my 2-year old,12lb. tabby “Puff” so I could take her outside. We have not taken it outdoors yet, but she immediately jumped into it when I took it out of the box, and it is her favorite sleeping spot. It was well boxed and had no smell. It appears to be sturdy and well-made. I was concerned about the sturdiness of the mesh, but it is thick yet allows good airflow and she can see out. I like that it can be worn as a backpack, or converted to a carrier, but it is fairly large so don’t know if will be accepted in airline cabins. Puff is not a small cat—has a long body and medium length fur—but has lots of room and is very comfortable.

Best cat backpack out there. It's sturdy and has pockets. I haven't used it for the over the shoulder version but looks great for traveling on a plane. I love that the zipper pulls are buckles and that my cat can't just push on them until they open like my old backpack. I love love love the huge water bottle pockets and the zipper pocket. I imagine a cat could easily ride on top of it but my cat hasn't learned that yet.

June 2024 I have been using this backpack for 6 months but maybe only a few times a month at best. The wire popped out and I cant get it back in. I cant find any info to contact the company on how to fix this. Still one of the better backpacks on the market but this wire holds the back structure/support to make me and cat supported. Im removing a star bc I feel for the price this should not pop out and the bag “should” last me a good few years considering use. November 2023 I really did not want to buy this based on price but after buying other back packs that hurt and dug into my lower back I figured I would give this a try. Its’s so perfect for me at 5’3, 115lbs with a 16lb cat. Me and kitty are comfortable and happy. I do about 2-5 miles with him. The other back packs I could not tolerate for 5 minutes. It was worth the extra cost in the end. I do recommend this product. It’s a nice carrier with nice ventilation, space and roll up windows. I do feel its quality and hope it lasts a long time.

I just received this cat backpack today. I want the cat I bought it for to get used to it so I can take him outside in it. I’m always skeptical when I buy something for the cats and I’m usually disappointed but not this time! This backpack is made up with high-quality materials and I would feel 100% comfortable bringing my cat out in this. it has many safety features like clips and size so you can attach a collar or harness, but honestly I don’t even think that would be needed because the mesh screening is very heavy duty. The zippers even have little clips so that it can’t come undone, very smart! I would recommend this product based on what I have seen so far. Now it’s all up to my cat!

Absolutely love this backpack!! I tested it on 2 of our cats: a senior female 14.4 lbs (Russian Blue) and a 3 year old male, 16lbs (Domestic Shorthair). I used it while walking a 1.5 mile wooded trail. Very durable and has soo many pockets to hold things. It is also spacious enough for the cat to lie down in. I love how there are 2 windows that you can leave open with the cat inside and a harness (2 of them in case you have 2 kittens) to hold them down. My 3 y/o did not take to the harness very well since he wanted to kamikaze himself out the bag while walking but my senior kitty was pretty chill and she enjoyed it while staying enjoying the scenery. I also loved the buckles across the chest and waist. I am very petite (under 5 ft) and weigh about 97 lbs so carrying the 16lb kitty around in it was very comfortable!! We also have the Petkit backpacks which is of no comparison to this one since it is a “bubble” backpack and does not have enough airflow. This is perfect for long trips outside, whereas the bubble backpacks are great for short trips like to a coffee shop or to the pet store. This was also comfortable to wear in the front while hiking with my senior 14lb kitty but not so much with my 16lb pounder. I tried and nearly broke my back trying to carry him LOL. But that’s ok, he prefers to walk the trails anyway!

My cat absolutely loves his backpack not only does he lay down relaxed while I carry him he also lays in it at home with the zippers open. I don't think I could have chose a better backpack.
