My bi-racial daughter has had a hard time finding a product that doesn't leave residue or dries out her hair. She is a autistic and gets easily overwhelmed by a lot of different products made for black hair that generally have strong scents. Finally we found a conditioner that works. The smell is light and tolerable for sensitive people.This is it! Shampoo and conditioner she approves of. I am so relieved.Best part it actually works and leaves it soft and manageable.Now she wants all of their products.Getting her a full set of the spray in leave in conditioner, shampoo/conditioner for Christmas now.

I used the shampoo and conditioner and within the first week of using it I got multiple compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looked. I hadn’t received compliments on my hair in years before that. I’ve used it for months. I still love the smell and feel of the product.

Overall the product seems to be great. I have noticed a considerable difference with my hair after a few washes. The only real downside is the pump. The pump is absolute garbage. I have had 2 bottles of conditioner. First bottle pump was broken on arrival. They replaced without issue but this pump isn’t made well and might as well be broken. I took it off and replaced with bottle cap. Don’t like that I can’t use the pump but I like the product and price enough that I don’t mind pouring it in my hand.

I've used First Botany Therapeutic Gentle Tea Tree Mint Shampoo and conditioner for about 2 years, made in USA. I added about 1/3 cup of caster oil in the 16 oz. shampoo and blend thoroughly before applying onto my hair. It helped my hair shiny, healthy look and manageable. Note: A beauty consultant recommended: 1) wash hair on the 3rd day as it takes 3 days to build the oil; 2) apply shampoo and wait for about 2-3 minutes to allow for deep penetration and full absorption of the essetial oils and extract. 2) rinse thoroughly for best results; 3) apply Tea Tree Mint Conditioner and leave it for about 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. I like shampoo and conditioner, but on the 3rd day after wash, my hair looked flat that I started seraching for another product. I found good reviews for Renpure Plant Based Tea Tree and Rosemary Refresh and Rebalance Conditioner. 95% plant based and naturally derived ingredients. Made in USA. I applied the plant based conditioner for the 3rd time and I'm very pleased with its satisfactory results so far: 1) my hair looks healthy, shines and fluffy and silky. Reasonable price.

I’ve used Renpure hand & body lotion before and we have liked it, I don’t believe they make that any longer at least the one we used.I thought we would give this a try, it did a decent job as shampoo & the conditioner but I wasn’t thrilled with the smell. Coconut is fine but there are some other ingredients that alter the smell.My wife was not thrilled with the design of the spout for the pump, it is too close to the bottle and does not stick out far enough. When you pump the shampoo & conditioner out it tends to miss your hand and runs down the side of the bottle. I just stick my fingers out to catch it, not major but the design could be better.
