These ummies have helped my sleep better than I have in a while. I first tried them at a 5-star hotel in DC and they really helped me relax, sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed and rested.

Good sleep without the grogginess in the morning. I tried the liquid form on a night flight which helped me relax and sleep. I am now trying the sleep gummies which taste good, like purple grape. I woke up a few times but went right back to sleep. I plan to keep using this product, worth the try!

It does seem to work for me. This was a Gold Box Deal impulse buy. I'm glad I bought it. I tried melatonin pills and this seems to work faster. Its not a replacement for prescribed sleeping agents but it can help for occasional restlessness. I take it when I want to start the sleep process and getting into bed. It starts me yawning right away and I'm generally asleep in 30 minutes. One note is that it will not "knock you out". It is easy to overpower it's effect so only take it if you WANT to go to sleep and are ready to sleep. Not that you need to get some sleep and just can't get to bed. The taste is as you would expect for a product like this. Slight blueberry flavor. Palatable, but not something you would desire. I would say similar to a drink like Red Bull in chemicalness flavor, without all the sweetness. Easy enough to get down. Some have said it affects your sleep. I have not noticed any real change. My sleep seems to be the same and I have not noticed after waking that my sleep was any "better" other than I got a full nights sleep. No strange dream, at least that I remember, either. Overall it helps with restless nights but not an every night thing.

I can only say that I personally find these gummies to be the best sleep aid I have used and I don't say that lightly because I still have some Ambien in my bathroom cabinet right now. A lot of people I talk to about it are skeptical and say they have tried and failed with melatonin and I try to explain that yes, this does have a little melatonin in it but that is not the reason it works for me because I too have tried and failed and thrown out bottles of melatonin. I can only believe it is the combination of ingredients which includes Gamma aminobutyric acid, L-5 hydroxytryptophan and melatonin. I also use the powder packets version of the Dream Water but I find the gummies to be the most cost efficient and reliable way to use this. If you have trouble getting enough sleep I can only recommend you try a bottle.

This works for me. I noticed if I don't close my eyes when I start feeling sleepy ( 15-20 minutes ) I'll be awake for hours, so when you get that drowsy feeling you should go to bed promptly. My problem is with Amazon. Just recently my packages are not being delivered to my address. I live in a condo community and since the delivery pictures mostly suck, I have to walk around for a half hour trying to find my packages. Since Amazon purposefully, and it seems exclusively limits "help" regarding problems with an order because it's all AI you can never get a resolution or make a complaint. I'm seriously considering dropping Amazon not only because of this issue, but also because Amazon is starting to look like Temu. Crappy vendors not being vetted, crappy merchandise, and crappy customer service, which for a billion dollar company is ridiculous and should not be tolerated.

I tried these twice and it is no coincidence that they made me extremely ill. Nausea, diarrhea and my extremities were buzzing which kept me up all night in extreme discomfort.

I bought this ten times. Of the ten there had only been one instance where I could open the bottles with ease. This most recent purchase, the lid was so tight I hurt both hands trying to open it. It helps make me fall asleep but I’m not sure if it’s worth the discomfort to get the bottle open.

Love these Gummies. Had used Gaia in the past which is also awesome but wanted to try something else. Dream water Sleep Gummies taste awesome and they work better than most sleep supplements I've tried. I get a straight 7 to 8 hours undisturbed sleep with this and no feeling of lethargy or sluggishness after waking up. This formula is different but it rocks.

These are amazing. Have really helped me relax and get to sleep faster, and they taste good and don’t leave me groggy

My son is in college and sometimes has a hard time going to sleep at a decent time until we found these. He says they work great and would be ordering more.
