Q: Is the brown in the picture. Actually, true to color?

Mine is just slightly darker but I have been carrying it several weeks. Also your computer color may be calibrated differently than mine. Bottom line is it's pretty darn close.

Q: From the reviews I see that the zipper stops working properly, will that be covered under warranty?

I think the seller can better answer your question. Just to let you know I have been using this wallet for a few months now I have no problem with the zipper. Just as any other wallet you shouldn't over stuff it in order to maintain the integrity of the zipper.

Q: Do all of the outer slots have rfid protection? i need at least one that doesn't for my work id badge.

I place my access cards on the outer slots and they work fine. I believe they use a different frequency than bank cards etc anyway.

Q: How do you work the pull tab?

My pull tab does absolutely nothing when pulled. I have a card in the pocket directly in front of the pull tab, but it doesn't move it at all.
