Q: is this product non GMO?

I haven't bought but am shocked it is GMO since that is nowhere in the description or in the photos. "All natural" is not a legal term but it misleads the consumer into thinking this is gmo free. It is too late for many of you unfortunately but if anyone has purchased this recently because of the false advertising I would contact Amazon customer service for a refund. If you cannot return it though your orders contact chat via the help link at the bottom of every Amazon page. 1. Go down to the blue section of any Amazon page. On the right hand side click "Help". 2. Scroll down to the grey section. Hover over "Need More Help" 3. Click "Contact Us" when the the option comes up. Then click the yellow "Start Chatting Now" button.

Q: Does this product contain MSG?

Isn't "Yeast Extract" another NAME for MSG??? It seems there is HIDDEN "MSG" in the ingredients... :(

Q: How long is the shelf life?

I can't give a definably concise answer. It does not provide a made on date, but on my bottle of this broth base is a Best By Date of April 2016, so that would indicate that the shelf life is quite long. I am a frequent purchaser of the Orrington Farms Soup Bases and I have never had any of it go bad. I even use it when I make my holiday gravy and my stuffing. It makes it all better, and when I use it for my rice dishes, or my soups, it is wonderful. I even use it in my Fo Meats that I create.
