Does it's job!
I usually buy a different brand so I was hesitant to try them but they work great! They truly help me sleep and have relaxed my restless leg syndrome.

Calming!
I'm sure this helps with sleep but I take in the morning mixed in my morning shake, and I believe it has a very good calming effect throughout the day.

Good Product, Just Not for Me
This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.

It works pretty good
Only used one time. Finally got rem sleep and I would recommend with juice it tastes so diluted in water but not bad. Smells ok. But I did sleep fast I need to keep using it
