The mannequin came well packaged. The lashes are fluffy and glued on well. She also had a wig cap on and the makeup looks good! I almost purchased one that was more expensive but I love the quality of this hair!!!

Mine has a one inch scratch in her chest, and a couple scratches in her shoulder, but the rest of her is perfect. The blemishes were done in the factory. These are not from shipping, although it might be prudent to put more than one sheet of brown paper in the box. Thank goodness she was wrapped in bubble wrap and a sheet of plastic. Her nose is fine, and she's not broken. I'm thrilled! I needed a display for earrings and necklaces I make, and she will do very well. I put a wig on her, and she looks fabulous. I can probably cover the scratches with a shirt of somekind. All-in-all a great purchase. She is pretty, she is life size, and the earring holes are already there. For the price point, I don't think you could do any better. As I said earlier, I AM THRILLED. Thank you.

I got tired of the same weird looking mannequin's. Looks exactly as described and not bad for the price.
