Game changer for sleep and calm without drowzy feeling
As a person who struggles to turn my brain off at night this has helped me soooooo much!! It doesn't make me sleepy and it's not habit forming but it just helps the noise settle so I can fall asleep. Life saver. I've used it for over a year and if I miss a day or two I notice my quality of sleep go down. Useful in the day too!! If stress is making your brain spin it helps to take the edge of the background noise screaming in your brain. I cannot recommend enough!

I subscribe to this, and I like it. I have reviewed it before, since I receive a bottle every three months. I take two every night, it no longer makes me sleepy, and it does stimulate my pituitary to produce adequate levels of Human Growth Hormone, which is my reason for taking this, along with pituitary gland extract.
