All i know is that Marine collagen is a popular supplement known for its wide range of potential health benefits. I myself have not noticed a huge difference, but my partner has. Her skin feels super soft and we both attribute that to this product. She does take four a day where I only take two so that might account for the difference. Would recommend.

I have been taking these for around 3 weeks and I just realised that my skin is looking really good. Recently I have just been using a tinted SPF sun screen no foundation and feel happy. Easy to take if you can swallow tablets. They are a good strength and do what I expect from a collagen supplement. Have put these on repeat order as they are also a good price.

I have been taking marine collagen for a number of years which was recommended to me because I have multiple vertebrae fractures of the spine and although this in no way is a remedy for the condition, I think it helps to maintain and support healthy bones and I see no reason to stop taking them.

I found a couple of empty capsules in my bottle, so perhaps they had split for some reason, I’ve never had that issue before with vitamin capsules.

Rather large capsules but easy to swallow . Definately made a difference to my skins appearance. Skin looks plumper and healthier .Will be ordering my 3rd bottle soon . Only negative , 2nd bottle had 119 capsules but still a great product
