It is an extract. Which means it's is concentrated form of capsaicin.

Hello, we have not tried to dilute ths with a liquid to be sprayed, therefore we are unable to tell whether it will melt fully or leave clogs. The consistency is thick/greasy and tends to melt into foods like butter would. There are some videos on youtube of people trying the products, (please do not consume directly as it can cause burn/injury) you may be able to see the consistency of the paste before purchase. Why is it round not square.

Inside the metallic square container there is indeed a round jar. The round one is smaller and easier to empty. But it is really semi-solid like a very-very dense goon o. You can not pour it. you need a toothpick or spoon. It is supposed to be added to other foods and not eaten directly on bites. It is really hot. I do put 10 to 20 psycho-drops in my dish (just 1mill.SHU) but i usually dilute this monster into something else.
