One out of 4 flours used to make gluten free pizza dough
I used a nice GF flour mix that is no longer available. As I always got good results with that particular mix, I decided to buy the four flours it was made of: rice, tapioca, potato and millet. I got all four flours and now I can make my own GF pizza again. This brand was recommended by a friend who is an amazing cook.

Great Consistency and Taste
I use this as part of my gluten free flour mix to make artisan breads.It softens the texture of brown rice flour which can be a bit gritty.Good size bag.. good value and most importantly ... organic!

Tapioca >> Corn Starch
I don't understand why ANYONE uses corn starch, it's terrible!!! If you need to save a buttercream or a meringue use a teaspoon of tapioca!! It will thicken stuff up without needing to cook it, make sure it's around 35 C (92 F) and give the stand mixer about 2-4 minutes to work its magic!!

I used it to thicken a pot of stew, and it made it nice and creamy. Good flavor also.
