Great Low Carb Bread Company - Fettuccine Pasta, 8 ounces

OMG. I have missed noodles so bad and I’ve tried to substitute every way I could...zucchini, squash, even that shirataki stuff. Nothing even comes close to impastable. It is like the real deal. I was in heaven. I am ok with the price because I use about 1/8th of the bag for a serving so it’s not that bad per serving. Plus nothing keto is cheap. It doesn’t have much flavor but who eats plain noodles?? Add sauce, or even just salt and butter and they’re perfect. BUT DONT BOIL TEN MINUTES. I boiled about for about 20 and texture was spot on. Also, don’t cook too much at once bc they aren’t as good when they’re microwaved. Still good...just better fresh lol. I hope this helps!

I usually buy this product straight from Great Low Carb Bread Co., but saw that Amazon had it from this seller, so I ordered it. What I received was an inferior product that did not look the same, taste the same, or cook the same. I had to throw away the one serving I prepared.... it was SO BAD! There is no return on this item, so I just wanted to warn anyone who thinks this is the same quality product.... it is not. From the pics I posted of them sitting side by side, you can see that the noodles are totally different. These must have been SO OLD, because they did not soften up in the cooking time as the others always have, and they tasted HORRIBLE! Do not buy this product from Zenfully.... get it directly from Great Low Carb Bread Company... their product is fresh, and tastes awesome. Though this product was in the GLCBC's pkg, it was placed inside another plastic zip lock bag, the original bag was even split open, and noodles were falling around in the baggie. This is not how they ship from GLCBC! They are in the original pkging, look and taste new and fresh. So disappointing to get this from Amazon, and I hope they give this seller the boot! No return means I just have to absorb this purchase.... I won't make this mistake again!

I am a regular user of this pasta. It does take longer to cook, but it tastes good and is low in calories and carbs. It is a little pricey, but is worth it for a pasta lover who hasn’t found any other comparable low carb alternatives.

If you’re truly trying to avoid carbs but LOVE carbs like me, these are a solid option. I’ve ordered a few times and sometimes they do come broken but still eatable and enjoyable. Not too hard but not too soft. I add chicken seasoning/broth to the boiled water to rice the noodles some flavor. I definitely recommend if you’re trying to avoid carbs but still want to have pasta in your diet

I've tried a LOT of low carb noodle options being a HUGE pasta fan who has switched to a Keto diet. These rate in the middle of the pack of those I have tried. They are "pastey" and have a "bean" taste. You definitely won't mistake them for "real pasta" in any dish. Therefore, I also feel they are too expensive for not being a good substitute.

This stuff is pretty awesome. My favorite of the high fiber/high protein pasta substitutes. I cook it longer than it says to on the package. More like 12-14 minutes, not 8 minutes and the texture really improves. It does have a pretty unappealing fake sort of stiff texture, and even breaks apart if its even slightly under-cooked.

I am really not very picky so I decided to try it despite some bad reviews. I received it broken into pieces but I cooked it anyway. The noodle is really bland and the texture is off. I made flavorful sauce as recommended, and it did salvage the taste (thanks to the sauce), but it did not gave me the satisfaction I am looking for. I am not very happy with this purchase, sorry. I hate to waste my money so maybe I’ll try the leftover with red sauce and see if it makes a difference.

My husband and I ordered Low Carb noodles from a number of companies from Amazon. This company had the best tasting low carb noodles from others we tried. I have ordered more sense and they will be a main staple in our house. Love to be able to include noodles back in our diet. We had been just using french cut green beans with our spaghetti instead of noodles. Easy to cook, good texture and great taste!
