If you’re wanting to balance your gut health and you’re comfortable with swallowing capsules, I highly recommend this one! Have been taking it everyday for some time now and have noticed a difference on my overall body; skin started clearing up, feeling less bloated, slightly more energetic (alongside a good sleeping schedule, drinking about 1.5L water a day, hardly any exercise and clean eating) I honestly have nothing bad to say about this probiotic.It’s easy to swallow, the capsules are a decent size, they don’t smell weird or anything so all in all, an added habit to my morning routine that I recommend to others as well. I am a long term IBS sufferer. It's an awful condition that causes me most severe discomfort, whilst the smells I produce cause constant friction with my partner. Two Decembers ago the boiler broke and we were working in the home office with a fan heater on full blast (and the door closed to retain warmth) when I had another attack of IBS, likely caused by the mince pies I had greedily being devouring. I am so used to the smell that at first I did not notice, but when the cat (called Snuggles) - who we'd enclosed with us - began caterwauling to leave the room whilst scratching furiously at the freshly painter door it dawned on me: there had to be a better way to live.I tried these tablets and within a week my belt size had reduced by two notches given the absence of methane in my gut, whilst my partner began to learn that she could hug me without an immediate awful consequence. I can genuinely say that I am a lot happier now, as is my partner and Snuggles. I have been taking the tablets since - for over a year now - and my IBS has largely abated altogether. No more humiliation at friends' dinner parties! :)

Love how small and easy these are to take, and worked on my stomach very quickly, been taking for nearly two weeks and the results have been brilliant, highly recommend.

I hated these at first, not gonna lie. I took them for about 3 days when I first bought them before giving up. The bloating / nausea / change in BMs was a lot. I thought if it's gonna be like this I don't want it so I threw them in a cupboard and forgot about them.I found them again a few weeks ago and thought I'd give it another go. There were still side effects. Still hated them. I persevered this time though, and eventually (like a week-ish?) I felt back to normal, BUT I could suddenly eat bananas again which I love but haven't been able to eat in about 10 years because they gave me stomach cramps!! I've since tried some high fibre cereals and salads and things too that I've been having problems with and suddenly no issue there either! These pills are the only thing that's changed. They've now gone from thrown in my cupboard to a monthly sub hahaHighly recommend at least giving them a try. They're expensive and they're horrible to start out with but I think if that's the price for sorting my diet happy days, worth it no question.

While these are cheap, I'm not convinced they're actually beneficial. A good probiotics doesn't need to have multiple strains to be beneficial. This depends entirely on what you're using them for. Bear in mind that many strains don't survive the acidic stomach environment and so never reach the gut. The main problem this probiotic is that it doesn't actually list the strain number. A good probiotic strain will be listed like this Genus: Bifidobacterium Species: longum Strain: 35624™Without full transparency on the strain, there's really no way of knowing whether what you're ingesting is going to make it into your gut.

I've had ME/CFS for almost twenty years and have tried many different things. So far, this is the only thing that has begun to give me hope. They've lessened my headaches (very nearly eliminated all of them), helped my fatigue and pain slightly (though early days yet) and also improved my mood. For the first time in a very long time I feel a sense of hope. I have suspected my CFS was related to gut issues and the benefits these capsules offer tends to point to that being the issue too. These are the business - absolutely fantastic!

I have been hit with a really bad case of IBS & it really started to take total control of my normal life. I never write reviews for products but this is an absolute life saver!!! I wouldn’t care if it was £50 a tub as it’s worth it’s weight in gold!!If you are like me & have serious issues with your stomach “ like IBS” i recommend this product highly.
