We loooove these shoes!
We bought these shoes looking for something that would help prevent our son's feet from pronating. It will obviously be a long time before we know how well it works in the long term, but we can report that he loves them.Comfort - These are the first shoes that we haven't had to check regularly to make sure he hasn't slipped them off while were out shopping. He doesn't fight us when putting them on and leaves them on once we do.Ease of Use - These shoes are so easy to put on and take off. The one velcro strap opens easily and one side of the tongue is completely detached, allowing the shoe to open wide and allow his foot to slide in or out with incredible ease. It takes moments to put his shoes on now. We used to dread putting his shoes on because his tall foot didn't slide into most slip-ons and lace-up shoes had to have the laces pulled half out to get his foot in and then tightened to try to keep them on his foot. These are so easy.Durability - These are currently his only shoes and after three months of daily use, they still look new. They are very light weight and dry out quickly. He stepped in a mucky stream bed and the shoes didn't absorb any of the smells. We will be buying his next shoes from Tsukihoshi.

Love this brand of shoe!
I have been buying this brand of shoe for over 10 years for all my grandchildren. It has a wide toe box which fits most keys comfortably. These shoes wear very well to and are machine washable. I used to purchase them at a small boutique children’s shoe store that has since closed. So happy to still be able to get them from Amazon. They are a little pricey but so worth the extra cost! I have 4 grandchildren so I have purchased many pairs and will continue to do so! Love them!

BEST shoes for SMOS/AFO
We came across Tsukihoshi brand and specifically the model KAZ about 6 years ago when we were looking for shoes that fitted our child's SMOS and is the ONLY shoes we buy, we have it in all colors. They are extremely lightweight, super flexible, machine washable and have a great color scheme. You simply remove the insole and they fit like butter. Make sure you measure the feet as they will not match US sizes like US brands, as these are Japanese and why they display the size in US/UK with the length of the shoe, so make sure you use the length of the child's feet matches the shoe size in this brand instead of standard US size.I only add 1/2 size for the SMOS as you don't want children to have "clown shoes" that are 1 or 2 sizes up to fit the SMOS, so this model and brand work like a dream so children can have the right type of shoe to help them walk with stability.

Very pleased: UPDATE: new 5 star rating
Absolutely the cutest! Would give 5 stars but haven't had them long enough to make that call. Fit was exact. My 3 yr old is a big fan of Blippi on youtube, so we call them his Blippi shoes. Loves them. Compared to New Balance the price is similar, but this shoe is much lighter. It has a lot more flex, stretch and breathability. It feels like it is well made of quality materials. Only time will tell if it holds up. I sure hope soUPDATEThese shoes are totally worth the buy. He wore them all the time, outgrew them and they were still in excellent shape. We bought some Saucony that were the same color and on sale. Not a good replacement. They were narrow and stiff and no room for toes to splay out. I should have spent the money and bought these again. He didn't even wear the Saucony, and now they're too small.

Sturdy, comfortable toddler shoes
I love this brand of shoe and have been buying them for my kids for two years. They fit right out of the box with no breaking-in period, and my kids play in them for hours with no complaints of discomfort. We own other brands of shoes, but they always choose these, presumably because they are the most comfortable. They wash beautifully and come out looking new, and they really hold up to wear and tear. They do eventually fall apart after 6-12 months of daily wear (if they haven't been outgrown first), but that's longer than I've gotten out of any other brand of kids shoe. Yes, they are a little pricey, but I'd rather spend $60 on one great pair of shoes than $60 on three pairs my kid refuses to wear or that break right away.

Best toddler shoes!
The cutest and comfiest shoes I ever bought for my daughter. She doesn’t really like wearing shoes but this one is an exception, it’s easy to put it on because of the strap-closure! I recommend it for moms if you’re ever in need of good quality shoes.
