This is a REAL review. I have always struggled with hemorrhoids during my pregnancies with my singletons. Then in 2021 I found out I was pregnant with twins. At 11 weeks I started to experience severe hemorrhoids. Fast forward 4 years. My doctors prescribe these expensive compound medications that do nothing at ALL! I’m still constantly buying suppositories as they recommend outside of the ones prescribed because nothing in working. I’ve been in paint most days for years and no doctor has been able to help me. 4 days ago I looked up best hemorrhoids medicine and HemCal popped up, and let me just say, the comments did not disappoint here! For the last 3 days I have not had any pain and the tissue is not inflamed! I’ve been able to sit comfortably and not worry about pain. I take 4 a day and that seems to help me. The relief is quick! Within 2 hours I had no pain. I also used tuck pads to calm to tissue at the same time. I highly recommend these and I’ll be adding to my regiment! These are a lifesaver! If you struggle with the pain and discomfort don’t walk RUN and add these to your cart! They dissolve very quickly and did no taste chalky to me like other comments have stated.

I was quite skeptical about this product, but gave it a try anyway. It actually works - and quite well. Highly recommended.

I tried many of the hemorrhoids creams found on Amazon, I was prescribed hydrocortisone and other branded suppositories. It didn’t work as well as this pill. The pill melts in your mouth so you don’t to drink water. I’d recommend drinking water. I had hemorrhoids since October. The creams and suppositories just wasn’t helping. After I made my purchase and started taking this daily. I noticed a huge difference and the hemorrhoids reduced in size dramatically. I’m serious that it works.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. After taking the first dose (The instructions say to take two melt-a-way tablets every two hours) I didn't notice any effects, same after the second dose. By the time I took the third dose however, I noticed that the stinging pain had stopped. I'm glad I tried this supplement, it helps, even for severe cases.

Easy to swallow but I don't think it works!!!

This is a good item that I recommend. It works and the price is right. I only had one issue and that was how it was packed. It was shipped in a box with Very Heavy cat litter, and movement of the litter crushed the box. The pills were fine and undamaged though. It needed More Protection from the Very Heavy box of litter. Maybe a "separated section" made with more cardboard so that smaller items don't get crushed that way. (HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS AMAZON!

I purchased these sublingual/dissolvable tablets for hemorrhoids after reading many positive reviews, but unfortunately they did not work at all for me. I followed the instructions exactly, letting the tablets dissolve under my tongue / in my mouth, and I experienced zero relief. There was no improvement in pain, discomfort, or symptoms. For me, this product was a waste of money. What makes this even more disappointing is that the product is not eligible for return or refund, despite having good reviews. I wanted to share my honest experience so others can decide carefully before purchasing.
