No way to reach out to seller for warranty issue.
This is my second set and I have one collar not working and one the post fell or broke off and wont hold a charge I bought them in March. I love these I just wish they would last longer and I wish I could get a hold of the seller for warranty issue if there is still a warranty

Vibrate and beep work, but shock doesn’t
Overall good product, however the shock stopped working less than a week in. When my dog is going at the fence at our neighbor’s dog, she completely ignores the beep and vibrate. So for these moments I have to do a small shock to get her attention, but the shock seems to work almost never. However the beep and vibrate work consistently.

Too big for small hands
Not easy to use one handed if you have small hands. I ended up returning it.

Well made, but design flaw makes it useless
Update: Customer Service at DOG CARE contacted me regarding my review and offered a replacement product or refund. If the replacement is an updated model with the below mentioned design flaw resolved, then this will be the perfect budget-friendly collar. Regardless, I think its important for other shoppers to know that this brand will stand behind their product if you are unsatisfied or need assistance, thats more than can be said about a lot of Amazon sellers and helpful customer support is a huge factor for me when I'm making a purchase, so order with confidence. While these collars seem well made and the controller is nice and easy to operate, there is a huge design flaw that I'm surprised no one has mentioned in the reviews. Since the two contact points are on the edge of the unit, rather than in the middle, this causes the whole collar to twist, so no matter how tight you have the collar, it is pulling the contact points up and away from the dogs neck. For users that only need the beep or vibrate, this would not impact their usage. But if you need or think you might use the shock setting, you will be very disappointed. I have a stubborn and leash reactive dog that occasionally needs a reminder of his manners and the beep and vibrate just don't do it for him. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this item, the fact that the contact points do not maintain contact with the dog is simply a deal breaker, ill be shopping for a collar with points in the center.

This is my Third Set of these Training Collars
So far I love these training collars. I have two sets that I bought previously (about a year ago) and they still work great. We have used them in the rain and never had a problem. My dogs respond really well to the vibrate and beep modes. I have hardly had to use the shock setting. Once they experience the shock setting the beep mode is usually sufficient to get their attention and is the reason I originally bought this particular training collar. There weren't hardly any other collars that had a beep mode for this price. I love that it is super easy to toggle between each collar. There is a separate button just for switching to a different collar. I just purchased my third set as a back-up and for loaning to friends. So far everything seems to be the same. I have read that people have experienced problems with the collars shutting off but I haven't had that experience yet. Although I only use them for training sessions most of the time and probably wouldn't leave them on for 8 hours. I did have one problem with this new set that I was able to figure out fairly easily. The older sets didn't have an on and off button. After charging the newer set you have to Hold the on button for 5 seconds before it will register to the remote. It will light up green and then the remote will show that it is connected. It took me a minute to figure that one out. After disconnecting the collar form the charger the remote would lose contact with it and I kept hitting the on button and nothing would happen. So make sure you hold the on button for 5 seconds to reconnect it.

Got a already used remote.. disappointed..
Very disappointed. Hate writing bad reviews with a product we’ve always used. But this is obviously NOT new…. Has scratches all over the remote and didn’t come with a charger…

EASY TO USE
Bought these to retrain our 2 fur babies. It didn't much or take very long. Experiencing a charging issue with one of the collars - have to charge more often then the other collar. Once we realized this we have "trained" ourselves to make sure we charge it daily. Other than this the product is what we were looking for. GOOD PRODUCT!!

One of the collar charging plugs was defective
The chirp is effective enough for my pits to reevaluate their actions instantly.... no need to press anything at all... the mere fact that i have the controller in my hand is enough to correct their behaviours instantly.... even when being provoked by the neighborhood KENs & KARENs who shoot nail guns at them through the fence and let their children throw projectile over their balcony down at the dogs in my yard
