This band is great. It is warm and holds things in place. It’s also very stretchy. I am obese and it fit over my large stomach with ease.

This haramaki is such a low tech marvel I can’t figure how I got by in cold weather without one. Definitely a staple garment under my shirt during the winter outdoors and for sleeping. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly warm even though the actual material isn't as thick as I'd have liked. Very comfy, and doesn't slide/roll down/up.

when I first got this, I thought it looked like a long neck gator very, very thin, and I didn’t think it would stretch to fit over the waist in the back and the upper hips however it did and surprisingly it’s so far keeping my back warm. until it rolls up . I have a habit of pulling the blanket off the back of my back and wrap it around the front, which makes my back cold, which is why I got this so far it seems to be keeping my back warm, which is really surprising as it is very, very thin and not sweater like at all. con: rolls up so does not guarantee keep abdomen warm

Love this haramaki. Used it during a FET and was successful in becoming and staying pregnant. They say that embryos should not be warm (avoid hot baths, sauna, etc), but wearing a stomach wrap was totally okayed by my doctor. It became snug for me around 2 months pregnant, but it got the critical job done beforehand. *Update: I started to use again right after giving birth because, when you’re exhausted, being hassle free with clothes is a plus. It is long enough to cover the upper torso and butt, like a mini dress, and it allows for easy access for pumping/feeding. The material is so well made. It is soft, comfortable, taut, and durable. Such a useful purchase.

I've sincerely had to make an active effort to take this off. Not because it's difficult, but because it's so incredibly comfortable - in any temperature - that I don't really want to part with it. And most of the time, I will honestly forget that I have it on. Another review on here states that it's a tight fit for their 27in waist, and so I was a bit worried as my waist is about 37in but those worries turned out to be unfounded, as the fabric is very stretchy and accommodating. Overall, very satisfied.

Product is thin, tank-top thin. It is long, like tubetop-one-piece-dress long. Then again, I’m short and have a shorter torso- I’m 5’ tall. I like the thinness and long length. I actually fold it to double up on the layering. Even when doubled, it is not bulky at all. Plus I still wear a tanktop over it….That’s a lot of layers if I’m counting the shirt and outerwear, too. I very much like the firm yet gentle compression it provides, it’s not over or underwhelming. It provides adequate warmth for an office worker. When folded, it does not roll up, it also does not roll down. Tbh, I did not read the care instructions, so it was washed and dried on high upon receipt. Shape and elasticity held up well and still going strong (it’s been two, maybe three weeks now). Daily m-f, 8-5 wear except for weekends. If I MUST give a con, I guess the lack of available color. Would like to have a nude or white haramaki. Even so, gray doesn’t show too terribly under white wears.

I'm using it folded in half. It's so soft, warm and comfortable around my waist. Glad that it was the right size for me. Depending on your dimensions, you may feel tight around your torso. Make sure to choose the right size for you!
