Effects seen after the first use!
I got the small for a trial run. I used it on my thighs, arms, chest. The length of what I use for toothpaste is kind of what I used to my arms/chest and twice that for my thighs. So I will probably run out pretty soon if I use twice a week as instructed. It has grainy texture that I like. I just gently massaged for like a minute and rinse off. I did continue in the shower a bit after and moisturized as soon as I left. I can notice the effects!!! Usually if I moisturize really good after a shower, I can look normal for a hour or so but after it comes back. However with this the effects have stayed all day!! It is not all gone but it is a noticeable difference! I have never really tried to get rid of my KP as I was kind of scared nothing would work. I am putting my hope on this that I can at least tame it!It does feels half full? Maybe the bottle holds more than 2 ounces? (The pic is before I took off the seal, once the air leaves it is def half full)

Works Great! Smells Meh
Just like every other review says; It works! I discovered this in a YouTube video and I am soo so glad I did!My arms and legs have bumpy strawberry skin. After one use, this took the bumps away by about 90%. Yes, I do still have some bumps, but I've only used it three times so with long term use it might take the bumps 100% away. 90% is good enough for me!My arms and legs feel so much smoother! I've been self concious of my skin since I was a teen, and I had no idea that there was a product that could help it. While I still have that "strawberry" look to my skin, it's drastically improved. Most of that look honestly is just because of my pores being so large. But I can live with the big pores if my skin is smooth and not covered in bumps. My only meh with this product is the strawberry smell. It doesn't really smell like strawberry. And the scent mixed with the natural scent of the product makes for a pretty gross smell. After a few uses you get used to it and don't really smell it anymore. But next time I'll be buying the fragrance free one. It still gets the job done!

Works!
I got this as a recommendation from YouTuber Julia Havens. It helps remove the small bumps on the back of your arms and I haven’t got them since I’ve been using this.It has little sand like beads but it isn’t harsh or irritating on the skin. However it is a tad drying so make sure you follow up with a moisturizer body wash or lotion.

Game-Changer for Smooth, Clear Skin
The KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub by First Aid Beauty is the real deal! I’ve struggled with keratosis pilaris (those annoying little bumps on the arms and thighs) for years, and this scrub made a noticeable difference within just a few uses. It’s got the perfect combo of glycolic and lactic acids to exfoliate chemically, plus fine grit for a physical scrub that’s not too harsh. My skin feels so much smoother and looks clearer—less red, less bumpy, and way more confident in sleeveless tops.I use it 2–3 times a week and follow up with a good moisturizer. The results speak for themselves. If you’re dealing with KP or just want baby-soft skin, this is 100% worth it!

Improvement to upper leg skin
After booking a trip to an indoor water park for my daughters birthday I knew I wanted to do somethings in the weeks leading up to the trip to help myself feel better about being seen in a bathing suit. I’ve been good about regularly working out and felt more confident in how my legs looked but with it being in the middle of winter I thought I’d try and up my game and exfoliate. I never in my 42 years of living exfoliated anything on myself. But the skin on my upper legs was bumpy from keratosis pilaris and daily moisturizing wasn’t improving it. I used this paste every time I showered and noticed some improvement. I didn’t know if I should use it before washing with soap but typically I do. I also rub it in then try and stand out of the water stream so it can stay on my skin for a couple seconds before I rinse it off.

TWO stars off for price increases!!
I purchased this on 24-July-22 and have had fantastic results! First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser 8oz did a fantastic job of addressing my KP. 90% of my bumps are gone with one tube ... and my skin is not only smooth, but the accompanying discolorations are much better, too.I am totally annoyed, however, that the $30 price I paid in 24-Jul-22 is now $38 in 25-Jan-20. That's a 27% increase in six months. This very much feels like the ongoing price gouging that has been occurring since Covid, when supply chain shortages legitimately drove prices up temporarily. Now, more than a few manufacturers are continuing to reap EXTRAORDINARY profits by keeping their prices high, despite those higher supply chain costs having been reduced or returned to normal.I found Derma Doctor KP Duty -- a 16 oz substitute product -- for $38.88. It is slightly better rated, too!! If it works half as good, that's all I need because First Aid Beauty did the heavy lifting, already. I'll check back to see how the pricing is going at the end of June.Ciao for now! D.

nice and smooth!
i know it says not to be used on face, but i use it on my face just fine and it's made my skin so soft and way less bumpy. i patch tested it first, though! put a small amount on your cheek first to see how you react and go from there!
