Worked perfectly
Bought one to test out. Slid in easily and worked very well. Be sure to order the silicon faucet grease to protect the o-ring and generally reduce corrosion. Also replace the spring/gromet assembly in the bottom at the same time. Schedule a time when the wife and kids are out to avoid the inevitable no-water complaint. Bought 3 more to finish the rest of the bathroom sinks. It is not a matter of if, but when you will need these.

Worked perfectly
Worked perfectly in our delta faucets. Replaced cartridges in 4 faucets in the house we just purchased that were dripping. Make sure to buy springs as well. Had to replace the cartridge and springs to get drips to stop.

Perfect replacement for my Delta Faucet stem & seal
This is required if you have more than a dripping faucet. If seals are damaged or worn out and the faucet is leaking at the valve stem on the sink top, this should take care of your leak. Purchase Silicone Grease and use on the stem and o-ring to extend the life. There are videos available on line to assist you which include seats and springs as well.
