These are wonderful! We have had another brand for years that got so cold they would burn your skin. I've delayed buying more because nothing else could compare. These are great replacements for the old ones and the price was just right. They stay flat, thin and refreeze quickly again when needed. I tried one this morning (for sciatica nerve pain) and it worked great! It was super cold and did the job well. The size is long enough to span your back. I highly recommend, and plan to buy another set for my bad inflammation days.

I planned on using these after knee surgery. You have to lay them flat to freeze otherwise the gel is not evenly dispersed. They do not fit comfortably on a limb. You have to wait for the gel to soften so the pack can be placed over the limb but by that time there is no gel in the center of the bag, only on the ends. Lastly, one of the gel packs started leaking. I didn’t realize it until I saw the blue-green goo on my carpet.Ice pack works well on my low back.

These hot/ cold packs are super handy to have on hand. I tend to get a shoulder pain every now and then and the only thing that seems to help is a nice cold ice pack. For the very reasonable cost I decided to order this 4 pk. They have been serving a dual purpose as I have 2 set aside for body use and 2 for my husbands lunch box. They are the perfect size to fit in his bag and dont take up a ton of room like traditional ice packs. They are easy to clean and work rather well! Great buy.

WHEN FROZE THEY AREN'T VERY FLEXIBLE LIKE THE OLD ONES. THEY WORK OK JUST NOT AS FLEXIBLE AS THE OLD ONES TO WRAP. VERY HARD TO PUT A COLD ONE ON A KNEE AND SHAPE IT LIKE THE KNEE

We bought a 4 pack of these ice packs for my husband who had shoulder surgery. The ice packs laid on top of his shoulder. Two of the four packs ended up leaking making a mess. Very poor quality.
