they sent me a replacement for free, once i proved my purchase and so on. so i changed my review fantastic company tbh. some of the controllers do get drift quite fast but considering £30 cant go wrong

I bought the controller since my previous pdp controller broke, only got it since it had the paddles on the back. I really like it, it's a mix of the pdp deluxe controller I had and the original xbox controller. Feels nice and strong, built with high quality materials and it has a nice long cable which helps a lot. What I dislike is the light for the mute button, you learn to live with it but id prefer it without it.I'd 100% recommend this controller, better than the original xbox controller and much cheaper than the elite series of xbox controllers. A fair middle ground.

I bought this as I've had some trouble with unresponsive face buttons on quite a few Official Xbox One & series S/X controllers. Face buttons on this are tight & very responsive, thank god! The rest of the controller feels good too, I'm impressed, feels comfortable & very similar to me to the Official Controller. Very happy & may buy another.

Just suddenly stopped working...not even used often. Cable is still passing power, bit controller won't turn on :(

Was a great controller for the first 2 months of using it until yesterday when it just decided you were looking to the right in every game because stick drift. Camera would just hard lock to the right make sit impossible to play games. Sent replacement controller it decided to send a static blast down the headphone jack and cease functioning so Amazon sent a 3rd replacement that did the exact same thing after to days. Thankfully able to return it for a refund. And buy a elite 2

Very good, I doubt anyone will find any unpleasant aspects to this controller. It has a reassuring rigidity, without being too heavy. The Buttons and sticks all have a quality feel to them and the cable is long enough for my needs! Would but this brand again.
