Kitchen aid is the best company for nonstick frying pans. Heavy duty pan love the perfect fitting lid as well!

Sturdy construction but a bit heavy
We switched back to this black non-stick type induction burner pan after several ceramic coated pans failed shortly after we started using them. This pan has outlasted the ceramic coated pans.

works great on my induction stove, non-stick! really happy with it. i just didn't realize that 12 inches is a HUGE skillet. wish i had a smaller one, but that's my fault, not theirs!one thing: pan is a bit higher in the middle than on the sides, causing the oil to flow down from the center. wish it was more even

Conducts heat perfectly.
Using this skillet on our induction stove, and it conducts heat perfectly. Has cooked everything just right so far, and no sticky business! We were so happy to have a nice fitting lid, too. Bought this brand of cookware before and been very satisfied, but this pan is exceptional.
