I bought it to go with my son’s “Plague Doctor” Halloween costume so really it was only needed for dress up @ school & Halloween night. But, I paid quite a bit of $ for the top of the “gold” looking crow on top of the staff to be flaking and have black spots where they did paint it enough straight out of the packaging. And the top part of the staff (it comes two parts that screw into each other) near the crow was a little flimsy. The bottom part of the staff was very sturdy & last a whole day& night of 10 & 11 year old boys bopping each other & jousting with it.

Bought as part of a costume, looks good for plastic (especially the gold topper) and easy to assemble.

I hardly ever give bad reviews but this was a waste of money. Needed this for Halloween. It's worth maybe 10 bucks. Cost three times as much as that. Broke while putting it together ( how is that even possible) taped it together and then broke again shortly after. In a different spot. Not reusable. So not worth the money. If they would sell it cheaper, that would be fine. Didn't expect much use out it but goodness, at least wanted it to last an hour or two.

I knew it was cheap but it broke in half the first day

It worked well with the costume, unfortunately it was easily snapped in half and therefore no longer usable.

Plenty easy to screw the sections together to assemble. Good length for an adult. I’m 5’9” and was able to wear this on a hanger off my belt without it being in the way. Downside is the gold tone top was not high quality paint, so it had significant wear after one night.
