Bought this to replace an old iPad, thinner. lighter, faster, longer battery life, better screen, less cost in real terms. A truly great product that integrates seamlessly with my other Apple products.Yes, Apple's expensive but it is clearly the best!

The family’s previous Apple iPad was one of the earliest models and it couldn’t run some apps we used as these were ‘updated’. It was decided to go for a new model and opted for this 10.2-inch 8th generation – it is awesome. We got the 32 GB memory version as more than enough based on experience with earlier model.Though I am not sufficiently techno-savvy to comment on IOS, chips, bits etc. I can confirm that transfer of data from the old model was straightforward, and in operation it seems smoother and faster. Email support is matchless, and the iPad presents clear photographs and videos. The cameras and microphone are fantastic for Zoom, and the speakers are fine for music, and there is a headphone jack.From service point of view on supply – excellent. Ordered on Saturday afternoon, delivered on Sunday and up and running within the hour. And it’s gorgeous – we got the gold colour anda purple JETech case with easy access to iPad controls. Truly delighted, and no hesitation in awarding a 5-star rating.

A very easy and simple product to use at a remarkable price.Just add a keyboard and it would fulfil all daily needs of most users. The only downside is the low amount of storage.If you can utilise cloud storage with this you'll be fine.The only downside of this device is the lightning port. Wish they used USB C

Wow love this ipad bought it for my daughter for Xmas and so pleased I did at such a fab price as. Also it came In very handy for school work during covid lockdown was able to have everything from. Word. Teams .one note ect on it.. Really easy to use great storage and battery. The rose gold colour is lovely too.

Apple must think we're very stupidApple's "new" iPad 8 is is old crap they call new.The screen scratched after a few days though. I know it's the budget iPad, but that's just terrible. Not very durable, the iPad frame has already got bumps on it.But apple products have always know to be hideously expensive and fragile.But apart from that the iPad 10.2 has a nice retina display at 60hz, which seems a little slow as my phone has a120hz screen. But you get used to it. The unlaminated display is definitely this iPad's biggest downfall. I still have my very old iPad 3rd generation, which has a laminate display, which was released in 2012. This just feels very shoddy. Apple is so cheap they can't even be bothered to laminate the display, just because it's the "budget option" and yet still expect us to pay premium prices. They supplied us with a screen worse than their "budget" iPad from 9 years ago.THE SOLO UPDATE from the previous 7th gen to the 8th gen is the "new" A12 chipset...oh wait the A12 chip is already 2 years old, when this product was launched!It is a decent and can handle simple tasks and even 4K editing with occasional stutters, if editing very dense 4K files, with layers. Gaming is decent too. The GPU is decent too, which consists of four core. However, I did notice occasional stuttering on games like temple run, but over it was a smooth experience. Could be due to a ram issue, as this only has 3gb of ram, but not really sure. This is still disappointing as temple run on this device should be very smooth considering how old the game is and even lower end devices can run it.The camera mediocre and would only be useful for very close shots.The aesthetics of the device is an old outdated construction which Apple has been using since the 6th generation iPad. Even before that in fact, the only difference between the iPad 5th generation is a slightly smaller screen.But I mean, "it's APPLE and we should all spend hard earned money feeding this glutenous monopoly because we have no brains"But apart from that it's a good iPad!

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Hardly ever uses the Mac now and easier on the eye than the iPhone. Easy to use, great that you can sync your Mac, iPhone and iPad together. Good value for money. Easy to use. Great screen resolution picture quality. Recommended.

I decided to spend a bit more money on an iPad and have not regretted one bit. My iPad is fantastic to use, it’s very fast. The camera and photos are great, just so clear with the high definition. I can definitely recommend buying this iPad, excellent and great value for money.
