Excellent.
Did mine in the oven on slow then transferred to oven proof dish of proper British gravy to finish off covered in foil until tender. Melted in the mouth. UK gravy far better than American, ours has colour to it that matches to cooked beef, not pale insipid, awful stuff they eat over there.
