What I liked about the product is that it has nice contraptions & velcros at most places. So it ensures a proper fit for all sizes . However an instruction manual would be good to understand whether the strapping is done correctly.

Value for money

Exactly 5 kilos, very authentic product but the grip is very rough (I understand it's for good grip but its hurting my hands) that it's uncomfortable for me to hold so I just wrapped a handkarchief and supported it with a rubber band . From then I am doing dumbells every day and made a good progress in 2 months

Quality is good, but it is overpriced. Other brands are giving equal quantity at much lower price. So see other options once before going for this.
