My hand not powerful enough to use it

Use it as a very rough guidel
It's result depends on where you press it. The first few times I tried, I couldn't get over 1kg then I found if you squeeze closer to the top of the handle its easier to press and I could get between 25 and 35kg so I have no idea how accurate it is. Instructions were in Chinese so not very helpful.

You can only press it together and can not tell if you are getting stronger.
