INNOTECH Nutrition: Liquid Ionic Zinc - 60 ml

I think this product is excellent.On the bottle label the directions are to put 2, half full, droppers (1.8 ml) once daily in 90-150 ml of water or as recommended by a health care practitioner, and to take with food (if taken by itself, it basically tastes like vitamin C). It says to take a few hours before or after taking other medications. It also has risk information: Zinc supplements can cause a copper deficiency. Do not to take iron supplements at the same time as zinc. Iron interferes with zinc absorption.I bought two bottles and will most likely be purchasing again.

Said raspberry flavor when I ordered it but came unflavored.... taste is yucky, have to chase it with juice.

I got this because my regular zinc supplement was not available. Wow shouldn't have bought this. Just lemon juice. 🍋 The zinc left the party.

I put this in my protein shake at night and it has no taste which is good, get the vitamins without bad tastes.
