Every biker should have one of these in their tool kit. Saved me on a trip when my throttle cable broke. enough adapters to fit most any configuration

Decent kit. Worked to repair the kinked throttle cable on a vintage moped.

Had my clutch cable snap on a ride. Luckily had a small pair of vice grips to rig it to get home. Bought this to keep on he bike for the future. Used one of the included barrels to fix the cable "correctly". Seems like a good kit I'll probably buy another for a backup.

The cables in this kit are not big enough for clutch or brake. Basically throttle cables. There is a good selection of cable ends which is why I kept it. A couple of the ends should fit a clutch cable. Not sure if it would hold. Depends on how much grip the set screw can handle. If I use them, I'll be soldering them.

Having needed to use this to replace a broken line while on a group ride, I can attest this works when needed. I have purchased two more to keep on hand just in case.

nice little kit one of everything

I used this to temporarily fix a clutch cable on my motorcycle. Once the replacement I ordered arrives, I'll take the whole cable out and keep it for a spare for emergencies. There are many choices for the ends. Some seem like they are more likely to cut the cable then others so take a few minutes to look through them. Their are two cables. One is thin like you would get on a bicycle. The other is thicker, though still not as thick as the cable on my Motorcycle. However it is holding so far (2 days) and I is a good temporary fix until the replacement I ordered arrives. It was easy to put on and would have been an easy fix even on the side of the road with a pliers and screwdriver. You just slide out the old cable, slide this new cable in and attache the correct end. Well worth the money for me.
