Totonac's Pure Vanillas (Pure Vanilla (Amber), 16.6 Fl Oz (Pack of 1))

This is my second bottle of the vanilla. It’s great for baking and makes all my sweets taste delicious. I don’t think I will use any other vanilla from now on.

I enjoy pure vanilla in my baking, not artificial products. We have been buying Mexican vanilla on our trips to Mexico, but this found this on Amazon when I ran out at a great price. It is far more economical than buying it at our local spice shop, and the quality is truly excellent. We are planning a trip to Cancun in a month, and I will probably not bother buying any this year, because I know I can always get it directly from Amazon. I have purchased this several times now, with the same great results! Aroma and flavor are top notch!

Baking

works well, however being in 70's I still recall the scent of pure vanilla. I can't say what is amiss other than that aroma that lingers isn't there. Still will buy as needed, also good in meat dishes.

This vanilla has a distinct flavor as I only use it for certain baked goods such as my Apple Walnut Cake, Muffins or anything that has pumpkin, apple or cinnamon ingredients. I would not use it in a white cake for instance.It's delicious.

Love this vanilla , it has such a good vanilla taste. This is the only kind I use!
