Evening primrose capsules
Have been using this product for 20 years. I didn’t really go thru the negative menopausal typical symptoms like all of my friends. It helps my skin stay supple and soft. I take one every night. Great price and quality. There is no smell and easy to swallow capsules.

When I first heard about evening primrose, it was suggested by my doctor. I was having a biopsy on my left breast, and I was in pain, but did not want to take anything, so she suggested evening primrose to help with the pain and the tremors under my arm, and to help me sleep and the baby. Listen, that was a year ago, and I've been taking it ever since. I do recommend that you take it at night, though

Cured my night sweats
I’ve been taking evening primrose oil pills for years. I was having bad night sweats before I started taking them and now I don’t get them anymore! They’re kinda big pills, but it doesn’t bother me. I swallow them easily. No smell or side effects. I take 2 a day. So if you’re sick of having hot flashes or night sweats , try these! I won’t go a day without them! I swear by them!
