Good quality. Still in use after 3 years - works as intended. The only thing I didn't like was faceplate. It's too thick. After tiles went on - I couldn't screw the pipe on as the face plate was in a way so made my own. But that just my problem

This is so good and durable

This product is complete unsuitable for use do not buy it, where to begin. Firstly and most importantly as other reviews have said (which I didn’t read) it is near impossible to get a seal on installing this mixer tap so it will constantly leak and ruin whatever you install it into. Secondly the unit as a very thin coat of black paint which wears off after the first couple of days of use which makes it look absolutely awful! Thirdly the mixer has absolutely zero insulation on the handle, it allows for hot and cold feed but be sure to gradually increase the temperature as you could end up with 3rd degree burns touching the metal conductive handle if the water temperature start off too hot. I would have sent it back for a refund had I known of all of these issues however due to not installing it for a while after receiving it I can no longer do this so I am furious that I have wasted so much money on such a rubbish product. Again DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF S*** it’s not the cheapest option on here price wise but quality of build is definitely the cheapest! Don’t waste your money like I have! You’ve been warned! UPDATE: Tap is now leaking from the handle, this product is not fit for purpose at all and I feel completely ripped off by this purchase!

Easy to install but the paint starts coming off easily from the handle.

It’s decent but one of the major disadvantage to this is that the handle gets too hot after you apply hot water. You are literally unable to hold it at that point. I did also get some minor leaks but the others I have bought are good.

Easy to install. Very attractive looking. Works very well.

Great value for money

I brought two of these, although the customer service team is great the douch cartridge and handle keeps leaking. Product is faulty/only to last a year.

Excellent product, highly recommended. After living in the Middle East for a decade I don't understand why this isn't also standard equipment in this part of the world. Installed in two bathrooms three years apart, no issues, but it would be nice if the manufacturer supplied a drilling template. Hose connection riser can be rotated 360 degrees and temp/pressure regulator will go up or down. One could even mount vertically if required. Get swivel fittings, it made my second installation (Picture 1 - 3) so much easier in a tight spot above drawers.
