OOFOS OOlala Recovery Sandal - Women’s

I am in my 70's and I love these OOFOS Sandals. I wear them indoors as my floors are wood and very hard. They were recommended by my Podiatrist to help with my lower back pain. They really do help and are very comfortable. I also where a size 5 which is very difficult to find in shoes. I am on my second pair.

These flip flops are Amazing. I am a flip flop girl and I was crushed when my podiatrist told me that they were part of the reason I have plantar fasciitis. He then gave me a suggestion to try OOFOS. His symptoms improved the longer he wore them. I am a huge fan now. They give just the right amount of support and are very comfortable. It does take some time to get used to but it is worth it.

I suffer from sciatic pain and heel pain. While I’m n vacation in Louisiana My hubby & I decided to check out a shoe store. The salesman recommended these recovery sandals. I LOVE this and wear them daily. They are so comfortable and I don’t hurt at all when I wear them

Good arch support and very cushiony. I wish the heel had more lift and that the entire base of the shoe had more structure and was firmer. The heel is thinner than the middle part of the sandal and so the heel sits lower than the middle of the foot. This feels awkward to me. They are good for walking around my house but don't have enough structure for me to wear for longer periods of time.

These are the best shoes, I go through 2 pair a year and literally live in them.

Cannot top the comfort. I bought these because they were recommended by my doctor when I had plantar fasciitis. Wearing these immediately took the pain away. They are super cute. I wear them all the time. Great support. I highly recommend.

I love my Oofos Oolala Recovery Sandals, they’ve honestly changed how I walk with knee pain. The cushioning is incredibly supportive and soft, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my knees feel after long walks. What used to leave me sore now feels so much more manageable, and these have quickly become my go-to shoes for extended periods on my feet. A friend recommended these flip flops for my planter fasciitis. I now use these as my indoor footwear instead of slippers. Amazing how my feet no longer hurt. So comfy. I normally wear a size 8 and these fit true to size. I have a narrow foot and so they look a bit wide on me but for indoors I’m ok with it. Would love even more if they made narrow ones.

The arch support initially felt too high and uncomfortable but after a day of wearing them, I got used to them and now I can't imagine wearing anything else.

These things are great because they really support your feet and are comfortable. Slightly smaller than expected but still fit well.
