Burner looks very nice. Packaging very sturdy. Fun to watch waterfall effect but will take just a bit to get incense on hole just right. I got the many incense cones but only in 3 colors (sand, lavender, green) instead for the 5 indicated in ads.

I thought this item was super pretty and unique. I have always wanted one of these. When It arrived I was so excited to get it open. I love that it comes with its own incensed. They don’t have much smell to them at all. It takes a few minutes to get the smoke to get going but once it does it is such a cool experience. I loved how the smoke flowed through from the top of the waterfall to the bottom. I definitely would buy it again.

Love the product. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the incense doesn't smell the best. Otherwise, beautiful to watch!

Need peace? Feel like screaming "serenity now?" this might be the answer to all that you crave... well the peaceful stuff anyway. well-packaged, easy to set up and use and quick to work. Functions just as described. a person in my home deals with anxiety and found this to be visually peaceful and obviously the scented incense can work wonders too.

The smoke stream does not go downwards like advertised. Maybe because the hole is not in the middle but close to the edge.

Furst of all ,I received burner well packaged. Like Amazing, But let’s talk about this burner. It is fabulous, also vibrant colors are sure to add a pop of Chic color to your decor whatever it os your home or office. Plus, it comes with a ton of incense to try! I’m honestly just too much satisfied with it's Price, quality! It would make a perfect piece to give gift as well.

The media could not be loaded.  We have always wanted one of these burners but we thought that it would never work well. Well, let me tell you, it was well worth the wait! This thing is so beautiful and works fantastic....the smoke is very hypnotic to watch. It might also make your kids sit still to watch for 5 min.Perfect for a gift as well!
