This hairspray is amazing! It gives my hair great volume and hold all day without feeling stiff or sticky. I love that it adds shine and keeps my style in place, even in humidity — it really does last! It brushes out easily, smells great, and gives that salon-finish look every time. I have been using this brand and this formula for years. The cool humidity in western Washington makes keeping fine hair that is also rather thin looking styled rather than drowned a challenge. In order to keep my hairstyle from collapsing when the air is damp requires a combination of a strong and lasting formula. The Big Sexy Hair brand is the only one to accomplish this. I have stopped trying to find another brand that works as well. This hairspray (the can size is generous) is not cheap but nor is it a designer product where much of the difference in price is the name. Having a reliable product that addresses one's needs is worth the price.

I tried this in a smaller can and it worked great. So I sized up. When I used the larger can it did not him my hair. It also made my hair color, which I had sealed into my hair, bleed on my forehead. This is supposed to be color safe. I know they have changed the formula lately because I have used this product since it came out on the market. I used to be able to hold my short hair with the Spray and Play. I noticed that the strength was not nearly as strong as it used to be. That is why I when up to the Spray and Play Harder. The little can work but the larger can just would not hold my short hair in place at all. It also made sealed hair color bleed. I have other hairsprays but they don’t hold as long. But I decided to use the other spray I had so I had something to hold my hair. The hairspray was John Frieda Frizz Ease. It worked great and did not damage my hair color. No hair color on the forehead, just worked like a normal hairspray should. So be aware that this hairspray can damage hair color and does not hold. I basically am going to have to find a new long hold hairspray.

This hair spray works well and keeps my hair in place on very windy days. I'm a man & this hair spray wasfirst recommended to my wife by her beautician. My wife & I both like the quality of this hair spray, & it is not as "iron hold" as other hair sprays I've tried. My order was for a re-supply of the same hair spray for us. thanks.
