I purchased these in January 2025. Finally got around to using them, so I did a burn test. The overwhelming majority of baby wipes are made of plastic, not cotton. Because of this (and companies obfuscating the truth in their marketing!), there is a misconception that non-woven fabrics cannot be made of cotton. That's false. Much like natural and synthetic fibers can be classified as "satin", natural and synthetic fibers can also be classified as "non-woven". Anyway, pearl weave baby wipes have been hard to find in general (the raised texture is primarily used for cosmetics pads), so I thought that finding cotton ones was just too much to ask for. In this case, the wipes are 100% cotton. Smells like a wood fire, makes crumbly ash, slowly burns down to almost nothing (no high, intense flames that burn out quickly, no plastic smell, no plastic crunch or drippings). I'm impressed. Another customer's batch was clearly plastic-like, but I noticed they bought the smooth version...maybe those are the plastic ones? I dunno.

They are nice and thick. concerned if they are really 100% cotton… their packaging is false and states that there are 100 wipes per package, but there’s only 60+ wipes per packet. If they lie about the quantity, why would we believe the ingredients??

No! Nope! Never ever using this on anything I care about. It could function well as a torture device. There is no way this is cotton. The ingredient label on packaging says main ingredient:cotton. That can NOT be true! Cotton can be tough but it’s not synthetic rough. This product cannot be torn. If you haven’t had micro abrasion & have any texture on your skin this will stick to it. This is the grossest feeling wipe ever! That says a lot. Unbelievably, it isn’t smelly at all.

Updated Review: I ordered these in November and it's now January 1st. I was sick all of December, first with an upper respiratory infection (head cold), and on top of that a bacterial infection attacked my lungs, then a week later, I got sick with Covid! Being so sick, I wasn't able to shower as frequently as I prefer, and the fevering (for both viral infections and the bacterial infection) got me nasty sweaty. These wipes came in very handy! I was able to wet them with warm water from my tap (below freezing temps in my area, while sick) and clean the important parts (lady bits, under breasts, arm pits, inner elbows, tummy, etc) before crawling back into bed. Because of the convenience during one of the worst sick times I've had in years, I have increased from 3 stars to 4 stars. I can't rate these a 5, because when I do wet them with plain well water, there's a chemical odor. I haven't had a negative reaction, yet, but I do find this to be concerning and a potential drawback for persons who are more sensitive than I am. So far, I'm pleased with these dry wipes. Simple, easy, and convenient. I do recommend giving these a try. In the meantime, the English translation is pretty funny and I got a kick out of "be careful not to eat by mistake." 😂 Perferated top for easy opening; no reclosing, as it becomes similar to tissue box or dried out wipes. Packed well. No odor! 🙌🏻 I'm very sensitive to scents and odors, so I'm glad there's none while dry. I did purchase for myself, an adult; if product works well for me, I'll see how it does for my grandson. Dry sheet is softer than a paper towel or dryer sheet (another reviewer said it was the same -- it's not). Feels clean to the touch and soft. I'm looking forward to using these for in-between shower time clean ups. I will rerate & update review at a later time. Meanwhile, I hope the pics are helpful.

My baby has sensitive skin and I was worried it will leave some redness. I couldn't even use Huggies pure water wipes on my baby's face but I could soak this in water and my baby's face didn't turn red.

Excellent quality. Sheets can be rinsed and reused. I use for skin cleansing and makeup removal but could be used as general small wipes. Would buy again.
