Brightness is amazing but there no after purchase support
There's no after purchase support my tubelight one of them is stopped working after sometime so I am still have one at the price of 2 and there is no contact information about warranty support

Very cheap quality internal wiring!!!
Very cheap quality product!!! Will explain why!! We bought 2 lights at the same time in a single order! Installed one and kept the second one aside for a long time(may be a year or 2). When we tried replacing the defected one with the second one, to our surprise it didn't work!!!!!! The situation was, the old tubelight was glowing very dim and the new one was completely dead!!! As i am an electronic enthusiast, i opened both the lights!! Checked all the internals and they seemed to be working fine!! It was a mind boggling situation🤦🏻 Keep reading! It's an interesting story!! When I was pulling the strip and the pcb, a wire connecting them got broken!! Here started all the gimmick!!! When I tried connecting these wires and switched on the light, it wasn't working!! When I was snipping the wires, they were getting broken along with the leads!!!! That was so so strange to me!!! When I checked the continuity of the wires, they were all dead!!!!!!(CHEAP QUALITY WIRES). I have taken some small wires and tested with them! To our surprise it was working fine!!!! Then I re-wired all the connections with new lengthy ones and everything started working fine!!! I have applied the same fix to the other light as well and it also started working again!!! Two small wires caused all this issue!!! Electricity wasn't flowing through them, as they were dead due to their CHEAP QUALITY!!!! Just check for yours as well, in case if similar things happen!! Faulty product and provide false statement for rejection
I received a faulty product and Amazon's return process has been a complete nightmare. Despite scheduling multiple pickups, their agents provide false statements claiming rejection without even showing up, leaving me stuck with a defective item.

Light-weight batten light replaces tube light - great value for money
A 30 Watts tube light was replaced by this 20 Watts batten LED light. I have no idea of what 2000 lumens mean to us. But after installation, we know what it means to us. A 12 feet by 15 feet hall is well lit by this LED light. Usually we have two 30 watts tube lights. Now, just one LED light 20 Watts is enough. It is placed on one side of the hall on the wall. Still the entire room is well lit. This product is neither too bright nor too dull for human eyes. The product is very light-weight. So, if you are transporting during house moves, take extra care. There is no mounting that comes with the light. We have to buy separately. For the price (175 Rs. in Feb 2025) it is great value.
