I generally like the brand, I can tell when I forget to take it, like all probiotics it tends to be expensive, and I really wonder about how much it actually cost to make. The are other thing that concerns me is how rapidly it may degrade once you take it out of the refrigerator, and if you're going a long trip with non-refrigerated probiotics how long do they actually last.
