I love buying alpen like this
I love buying alpen like this,it limits my portion which is good when you're watching calories..& the mix is perfect whereas the contents tend to separate into layers in the box & you can end up with a bowl full of raisins! A little more expensive but worth it.

Filling for breakfast
I bought these little packs for convenience so I can grab a portion in the morning and have a decent breakfast at my desk. They are really handy and the portion size is just right to keep you full until lunchtime. The muesli itself is good quality, nice mix of oats and fruit and seeds, and you really can’t tell there’s no added sugar which is great for trying to be healthier. It is pretty high in fibre too. My only small gripe is that the little packs can be a pain to open neatly sometimes. Otherwise a solid healthy breakfast option.
