I find this to be amazing and the best out there. I have used it 4 years ago and lately I got to 100 kg weight and no training. It helped me lose 5.6 kg in the first week, 4.1 kg in the second and another 5. 3 kg in the third week. Absolutely astonishing! I paired the product with exercise, 30 min HIIT in the morning, and 45 min weights in the afternoon/evening, alongside a high protein low fat low sugar diet (chicken rice veggies eggs and dark chocolate). I take one serving first thing when I wake up in the morning, on an empty stomach and eat 30 min after, and another serving 30-60 min before my weights training. It boosts your metabolism (internal burnings), helps to suppress appetite, helps to eliminate water (retention) and gives you energy and increases endurance. If you want to preserve muscle mass, I would recommend taking 1-2 servings of BCAA during the day. If you are worried about liver function, supplement with milk thistle and artichoke during or after. It will also help in weight loss once you reach a plateau (can’t lose fat anymore, no matter what you do), to break it and to boost your body again into fat burning mode. Of course it’s not going to work if you take it and eat fast food all day, topped with desserts and sedentary life. Will try after 1 month the pump with high confidence. I bought this product almost a month ago and I still got some little packs left, I would say first time when I tried it I had cardio day and on the treadmill I was like on "steroids". I was full of energy(I don't drink coffee just so you know) so the caffeine boost from the pills really helped. However right now I don't feel the same energy that i've had like the first week as I think the body got used to it. In conclusion and this is my opinion the product is good if you wanna lose weight which I did but for the price that it has now I think it's too much and you can find other products that will help you lose weight.

Not a product for me, I decided to use cuts because of the raving reviews I saw online and it’s a great product for fat burning blah blah blah…. I stopped using it in the 3rd week because I started to develop black, hard, large spots in the inside thigh area as well as a couple under my biceps/close to armpits! They were very uncomfortable and painful to the touch and getting bigger and harder with each day so as soon as I decided to stop using it the next day they started to calm down and reduce in size (they felt like an infected deep spot that required squeezing yet it’s so thick that nothing comes out or worse it bursts inside the body rather than out causing a much bigger problem) needless to say I don’t think it’s a necessary product at all. I use all Animal brand products so I recommend their other supplements for muscle build and joints support (animal flex) and avoid anything on the market for burning fat or diet pills. Stay lean and stay clean!
