Purchased as a birthday present for my wife who wanted a “decent writing pen”. There’s been no complaints so this must be a nice writing pen. Colour is nice and the provision of a refill is a good idea.

Absolutely delighted with the pen. Looks like went to wrong house initially but was received in perfect order so no complaints! You can feel the quality of the pen, fits in the hand perfectly, good weight, very happy so have ordered another in a different colour!

I bought the pen just over 2 years ago and the clip broke so i thought i would just see if it was replacable under warranty not expecting much as the fault could arguably be considered a wear and tear issue. I had an immediate response from Catherine at Schriver and was so pleased to find out they would replace the pen even though it was after warranty had expired. Quick communication and excellent customer service. The pen is also a brilliant product which I have been incredibly happy with for the years I've had it - it looks professional comes in a quality box, writes beautifully, is not hugely expensive and is perfect weight. I have even bought another as a birthday gift. And easy 5 stars from me - Very happy customer!

When i purchased this product i was astonished by the quality and presentation of the pen for the price asked. I had my name engraved on it and it was very nicely done. I did have an issue with the twist mechanism, which i did talk to scriveiners customer support about. They responded almost instantly with a personalised response and helped me through every step of receiving a replacement. Honestly cant recommend this company enough and i will absolutely be using them again
