Definitely need a couple of people to get this installed and a tall ladder. This works great. I wanted to put up a tree swing for my grandson, but I don't have a tree with good swing branches. This is great. We have had many hours of enjoyment.

Took awhile, directions included super vague, online instructions a little better.

My tree climbing arborist installed this for me since I did not have a very tall ladder and I am 70. He said it was easy to instal and must have been designed by an arborist. He was impressed by the quality. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with a rope to adjust the height and to connect to the swing.

There is nothing quite like a tree with a swing. It makes good use of the tree, brings back childhood memories, and let’s our little one swing from the tree. We love it!

Wow, I’ve literally never been so excited to get a “toy” for my kids! At first I thought it was too small for our tree but I realized you need to get the diameter (circumference divided by pi) and not the circumference. We didn’t buy the saucer from b4 because we wanted one with a tent so baby doesn’t fall out but without this branch we wouldn’t have anything! We have a tiny yard in Cali and this just upped our play game so much! All the neighbors are jelly!At first I was going to take off a star because the directions kind of suck but since we have been playing on it nonstop I am already over that part! I’m going to try to review this on more sites because it took me forever to find a review on it and more parents need to know about this!FYI: my husband and I each have been on the swing with the kids for a total of about 200lbs at a time with no problem. We love it so much we bought a macrons swing for the grownups.

Don’t get me wrong I love my tree swing, it’s always been a dream of mine to have a tree swing, so I’m really happy I stumbled upon this product! But.... this has been the hardest thing to install for me and my husband. First I think with two men and two ten foot ladders you could be off to a good start but the more people/ muscle the better... it looks easy to install but you have to find just the right spot on the sides of the tree to place the metal plates and that’s not as easy as it sounds. We’ve done it twice now cause the first time it just didn’t look right... I would guess close to 6 hours of on and off frustration maybe more. Our tree is large I think close to 30 in diameter, a smaller tree trunk might not be as difficult as you could navigate both sides better.
