So far, it's very non-stick but only time will tell. When it arrived, the rim of the lid had a noticable dent, but rather than return it, I just straightened it a bit with pliers; not a big deal since the lid still fits tight. The pan has an unexpected dimpled texture on the bottom, which impossible to see in the pictures. Not a big deal but when you're cooking something like eggs over easy, they get caught up in the texture at the beginning of cooking. After a minute or two, they release with no problem, but I can see how something like a crepe would not work in this pan for that reason. The handle and lid cap stay cool while on stove top, but I have not put this pan in the oven, so I can't speak to that. We've been hand-washing it to prolong its life, and honestly that's been so easy due to its great non-stick properties; not worth taking up a big space in the dishwasher since it basically wipes out. All-in-all, I'm pleased.UPDATE: After 15 months, this pan is no longer non-stick! Those dimples completely grab the food and everything sticks. T-Fal pans I've owned all my life last 10yrs or more &only need replacement when some man scratches them up with metal utensils, but they're still non-stick! This pan didn't even last a year & a half. I do not recommend.

I like the length the shape of the handle. It makes the pan very comfortable to hold and handle. The pan is designed with many bumps on the bottom. For me this wasn't too good. I'm a novice cook and use the spread of liquid evenly across the base of a pan as a measuring gauge. I couldn't do this with this pan, partly due to the bumps. The liquid would gather and pool and not spread evenly. It took a few minutes for me to figure out how to properly attach the included knob to the lid but once done it was went together very well and was solid. This pan has very high slides which I'm sure is very useful for many cooking applications. I didn't personally find it easy to remove my omlette from the pan, probably because I'm use to just sliding the omlette out and onto my plate. This pan required you to lift the food out. The omlette cooked great however, hence I provided 5 stars for the quality, build strength, light weight, and comfort in holding of this item. Great after purchase customer service from the seller too. I felt this seller is very trustworthy and personally would not hesitate to buy another product from them again that is better suited for my needs.

Not sure why it's so hard to find a decent non-stick pan that doesn't stick. This really shouldn't require a Tolkein-level quest. This pan so far has stood up to the challenge, though. Hubby makes fried eggs every morning and hates when he has to convert them to scrambled because they stick. No problems with this one even after a couple of years. Sad that I can't get additional ones or bigger ones now, though.

The first thing I noticed about this pan is how aesthetically pleasing it is to look at. It makes food just as well. It distributes heat evenly. This pan is a nice, solid and heavy duty pan. It has good weight to it for being as small as it is. It is thick and there isn't any coating on it so I don't have to worry about it flaking off into the food I'm cooking. It has a nonstick surface so I don't have to use anything unhealthy for that. This feature also makes it very easy to clean with just the wipe of a sponge. I would definitely recommend this pan.It does require a little bit of putting together which only takes a minute or two to do and then the pan is ready to go!

We loved this pan at first, and though we continue to use it almost every day, it burns easily. We are continually scrubbing it. Not sure if I would buy this type of pan again. It cooks really well and is a perfect size for one person meals. Its just frustrating to be constantly scrubbing it.

This is from my wife (who asked me to order this): I have been cooking for over 60 years and this is my favorite all time fry pan. I have the larger size also and was so pleased with it I wanted this one. Better than any non stick pan I have ever used and have had expensive brands. Easy to clean, cooks great and price was right. I would love to see a saute pan and any other pan sizes. I will buy them all.

It is a good quality product. It seems like a hybrid sauce pan and fry pan. The edges are higher than I was expecting, but it does the job. The lid is a nice addition. It is not often you get a lid when purchasing a single pot or pan and it is useful. I would recommend to others. It is something I use often.

The pan is great. First order was sent without A glass lid. I complained and SLOEDAD took control and made it right..I received the new pan with a new GLASS LID AND I LOVE IT. I really enjoy cooking my breakfast in this pan and it cleans up so easy which allows me TO DO MY JOB IN THE MORNING.Thank you SOLEDAD for being an honest company and making my life more enjoyable.

Ich habe diese Tischkufen gekauft um einen Schreibtisch mit massiver Eichenplatte zu bauen. Die Kufen sind sehr gut verarbeitet, die Schweißnähte sind nicht mehr zu erkennen und die Füße sind gleichmäßig gebürstet.Ich habe in die Tischplatte Gewindeeinsätze geschraubt und die Platte mit M8 Linsenkopfschrauben befestigt. (Hält Bombenfest)
