Seems to be helpful in thinning the dip powder base coat, which is exactly why I ordered it.
My dip base continued to get thick, even after being extremely careful with my brush etc. I found this item on a Google search and linked to Amazon. I have only used it once since the purchase and so far so good.

This doesn’t work
Bought this to try and thin out a jar of sns jealous base I purchased on Amazon. It totally didn’t work. I put the drops is and nothing happened so I continued to put drops in and it still didn’t work. I think this seller knows it doesn’t work because they don’t take returns. Very disappointed.
