I bought these to help with restless leg. These help me fall asleep faster, my legs don’t jerk or ache, and help me stay regular in the bathroom. I recommend them to everyone and I do warn them to start off with one chew before bed to see how your tummy handles it. Everyone is different after all. I am taking these after a hysterectomy and they even help with that!

Tiny bags, big price. But it's the only form in malate that I can find!! I came searching for this particular form of magnesium after education on the various types from Dr. Amy Shaw. I normally like the Calm brand, but let me tell you more about why I get magnesium, and what one you might need: I take magnesium to prevent muscle cramps, and balance the calcium/magnesium ratio in my body, in that way. The Calm brand markets as stress-reducing, but they instead use a form of magnesium that is only good for digestion. Doesn't really make sense (I go into the types on that review of their gummies). I still do need help with digestion so that's still something that I need, but didn't solve my cramping at all, accordingly. I just got these in the mail, I tried one, and flavour is pretty good!! I chose strawberry. There is a slight off-taste in there (I'm not sure if it's the rosemary?), but overall delicious, and I can already feel it working. Due to the price, I will only take these when I feel I need them, but I'm very greatful for this product!!

This is the best brand magnesium suppliment I've found. It has 2 types which is a huge benefit. Both the grape & strawberry taste great, like candy. Definitely recomnend!

These are really tasty. I’ve tried both grape and strawberry. They help me sleep when taken before bed. I usually sleep through the night.

The product is good and it works, when you receive one while it's still good! I got this a week ago and immediately noticed an off taste. Had been having new GI effects since taking this new batch but the sticker said it was still good. The sticker Amazon had placed on it. I peeled that off and the product was months expired written on the actual bag. Luckily magnesium isn't toxic and it's likely just the additives that make up the gummy irritating my stomach- but still, not happy! I had been on a monthly subscription of this and have never had this issue?
